Every active license of FacetWP includes access to support.

Opening a support ticket

To open a support ticket, please visit Settings > FacetWP > Support within your site’s dashboard.

We ask this because it automatically sends us some information about your site (active plugins, versions, etc) that often helps in troubleshooting.

Limitations

Our support team will help answer basic plugin setup questions, and will troubleshoot issues that directly involve FacetWP or its add-ons.

Support does not include assistance with design, theming, site architecture, or custom development (i.e. building new features or 3rd-party integrations).

Hiring a contractor

For custom development that falls outside the scope of support, we recommend using Codeable to find a contract developer.
