Why are my facets not filtering my Elementor listing widget?
There could be multiple reasons for facet choices not showing up, or the facets not filtering your posts:
- First of all, make sure the FacetWP Elementor add-on is installed and activated.
- Check if your Elementor widget is supported by FacetWP.
- In the widget’s settings, enable FacetWP. Make sure there is only one FacetWP-enabled widget on a page.

To use an Elementor Posts or Loop Grid widget, or an UAE Posts or Woo Products widget on a WP archive page, set the “Query” setting to use the “Current Query” or “Main Query”. If your page is a WP archive page/template, make sure that the Elementor widget is using the archive query. To do this, you can use an Archive Posts or Archive Products widget (which are meant for archives). Or, if you want to use other supported widgets (like the Posts or Loop Grid widget), you need to set the widget’s Query > Source setting to use the “Current Query” (or “Main Query”).
